Study Area:

The project “Topography and Boundary Survey via Total Station and DGPS” was undertaken in the area surrounding Le Tamor Resort and Spa, a notable development by Golchha Group. The resort’s location, nestled in a scenic and potentially complex terrain, required precise surveying to support the resort’s expansion and management.

The surrounding landscape is characterized by varying elevations and natural features, which posed challenges for accurate boundary delineation and topographic mapping. The survey aimed to capture detailed information about the land to aid in the planning and development of the resort’s infrastructure and facilities.

 Project Objectives:

– Boundary Demarcation and Property Delineation: Clearly define the boundaries of the resort property and any associated land. Accurate boundary demarcation was essential for legal and planning purposes, ensuring that future developments align with property lines.

– Preparation of Topographical Maps: Develop detailed topographical maps that illustrate the land’s features, such as elevation changes and natural contours. These maps are critical for understanding the terrain and planning the layout and design of the resort.
